How to file a discrimination complaint

If you believe we have failed to provide service without discrimination, you can file a complaint:

With us, first: Email [email protected] or write to: QLG Media LLC, Attn: Civil Rights Coordinator. We'll investigate and respond within 30 days.

With the federal government: You can also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights:
